How ordering works
Everything is made fresh in small batches, and some things are seasonal. So you send a request first, and we confirm before you pay.

Any time
Send your order request
Add what you'd like to your cart and send a request with your details and a Goa delivery address or pickup point. There's nothing to pay yet.

Within 24 hours
We confirm your order
We check our kitchen schedule and what's in season, then email you how many days it takes to make once you've paid, and a private UPI payment link. If we can't make it, we'll tell you why.

Within 4 days
You pay by UPI
Pay using the link in your email with any UPI app. The link works for 4 days. After that it expires and the request is cancelled, so nothing is made that hasn't been paid for.

After payment
We make it fresh
We start making your order only after you've paid. You'll get an email with your ready date as soon as your payment is received. Paying sooner means you get it sooner.

By the ready date
Pickup or delivery in Goa
Pick it up for free from Panaji, Nerul or Porvorim, or have it delivered anywhere in Goa for ₹150.
If we can't make it
We'll email you the reason, for example when mangoes or figs are out of season. You won't have paid anything.
If the link expires
The request is cancelled after 4 days without payment. Just send a new request if you'd still like it.
Following your order
Check its progress any time on the track order page, or in your account if you have one.
